Regina Castro Morales is passionate about helping families build stability, wealth, and opportunity through real estate in the Inland Empire. As a local real estate agent serving communities like Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, and surrounding areas, Regina believes buying or selling a home should feel empowering, not overwhelming.

Born in Managua, Nicaragua and brought to the United States at just one year old, Regina was raised in Southern California and understands firsthand the power that homeownership can have for families who are building their future from the ground up. As a first-generation college graduate, she brings determination, heart, and a deep sense of purpose to the work she does every day.

Before entering real estate, Regina spent years working in customer service, public service, and nonprofit leadership, experiences that shaped her people-first approach to business. She served with the City of Fontana, mentored youth through the nonprofit Making Hope Happen, and worked as a substitute teacher in the Ontario-Montclair and Upland school districts. Whether she was helping a student gain confidence in the classroom or helping a family navigate life challenges, one thing was always clear: Regina has a calling to serve her community.

That same calling led her to real estate.

Regina recognized that many families in the Inland Empire needed someone they could trust to guide them through the complex world of buying, selling, and protecting their homes. Today, she helps clients navigate everything from first-time home purchases to short sales, foreclosure prevention, probate and trust sales, and reverse mortgages—areas where knowledgeable guidance can make a life-changing difference.

With an Associate’s Degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Organizational Communication, Regina brings strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and a thoughtful strategy to every transaction. But what truly sets her apart is her approach: she treats every client like family and every home like it matters—because it does.
